Installing an older version of GeForce experience (v3.20.5.70) doesn't work, it simply auto-updates itself. Settings/Display/Graphics Settings/Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling is on. Going into NVidia Control Panel and setting the RTX card as the preferred graphics card doesn't work. Messing with registries - something both this and another stackoverflow link suggested (can't find it anymore) also don't work. This solution - messing with PhysX Settings - doesn't work. The "Privacy control" setting doesn't appear. This - namely, going to privacy control and turning on desktop capture, doesn't work. Processor i9-9880H CPU, with an NVidia GeForce RTX 2070 with Max-Q Design. It still says that shadowplay/instant replay is on, and it won't let me change the settings without turning it off, but the "Save" button is grayed out entirely and the Alt + F10 keybind simply says "A supported game is required to use this feature."ĭevice is an Alienware M15 R2. However, if I close all games (say, to browse the internet) then the save button grays out. To be clear: NVidia Shadowplay is recording "supported games" just fine.
